Goodbye Virginia, Hello Alaska

I'm moving away from good ol' Charlottesville to start a new adventure in the great white north. Dad, Jameson (both my dog and the whiskey) and I will be on the open road starting October 3rd. Between now and then I've got a lot to do.  Pack, say goodbye to great friends, be in my best friends wedding and fly to Florida to see my Aunt and cousin.

Our travel plans:
Drive from Virginia to Bellingham, WA - 8 days
Catch the ferry from Bellingham, WA (bottom left corner) to Haines, AK (near middle of picture with the yellow circle) - 3 days
Drive on the Alcan Highway through the Yukon, Canada to Anchorage, AK - 3 days or so

As long as we have our North Country Bible and the weeks to drive/ferry there, we should be fine.

Me installing my electrical hitch system. Super easy!
