It was a beautiful day to go for a hike this morning so Lydia, Drew, the pups and I went for a 6 mile hike on the Turnagain Arm Trail. All went smoothly until we had a standoff with a moose and had to take a detour through rose bushes and devils club to avoid an altercation. No other animal sightings but I was well equipped just in case.

11 weeks post-ACL reconstruction and meniscectomy and 6 miles felt great! So happy to be out and about again!
