Sedona Mountain Biking

I made it out with no broken bones and very few scrapes. We did some awesome trails including some single track stuff that was quite gnarly.

We rode around this rock, and then some.

This isn't the best view of the mountain that I get to stare at all day, but its a picture nonetheless.

Sedona and Oak Creek, again....

On my way to Phoenix for a Brain Injury Association of Arizona event, I traversed through Oak Creek Canyon because it is such a beautiful drive. This time, however, the canyon had water flowing with rapids. Much different landscape than before. I'm headed back down to Sedona today to do some mountain biking, so look for some better pics and possibly some scrapes and bruises. :)

Seattle Mariners Spring Training

I took a trip to Peoria, AZ (near Phoenix) with my wonderful friends Rachael and Sam (both from Washington). Interesting enough, I am looking to relocate to Washington state for my first job with Traveling Physical Therapy. Figured I had better start rooting for the new right team (changes where ever I go). They lost miserably but one guy did a faceplant into 2nd base and another broke a bat, so that was interesting.
