Today, I’ll share a poem provided to me by my good friend, Hope. I am surrounded by amazing people.
I’m currently still working on getting my TCHP prior authorization processed with insurance so I can begin Monday. I have a strong patient advocate assigned to me through my insurance so I know between the two of us we’ll get it done. I just can’t imagine navigating this entire process without any medical knowledge. It has to be even more daunting for the patients we serve every day to wander around in a world of unknowns, waiting on the process to unfold on its own. This is why I truly love what I do every day to ensure our patients have support with their care.
