Disability guilt might be a bit strong for how I would describe it but the statements are real. Instead of guilt, it is more frustrations for me. I wanted to share as I’m sure many people going through their own things can relate.
While dealing with these frustrations, I still make it a point to throw kindness around like confetti!

ReplyDeleteChecking in. In your description of disability frustration, I understand. My frustration is in part due to some injuries that prevent me from participating in some sports and activities. Trying to remember something was much easier just one year ago. I'm among similar company in an over 55 community :-). Also there is support in our community to rehab and exercise our brains.
